We have HD through satalite and we can hardly stand to watch a non-HD channel. Our friends oooo and ahhh over the crispness of this television. This is not my first Toshiba, I also have an old tube type television by Toshiba and it runs very well after many years. Definetely a trusted brand with a reasonalbe price and top notch quality!
